La Mer is a pleasant Edwardian building in Marine Road situated just off the Royal parade, within 100 yards of the seafront, an excellent part of the beach and Eastbourne’s elegant promenade which stretches for 3 miles along the coast.
La Mer is a family run guest house run by Lee and James and their mother Eileen who will be sure to give you a warm welcome. We look forward to seeing you in Eastbourne soon.
La Mer is within walking distance of the town centre offering the usual range of high street stores, cinemas, theatres, cafés, wine bars and restaurants. All bedrooms are attractively decorated. A choice of continental or full English breakfast is provided in our dining room. Eastbourne has good rail links to London and the south east of England and offers excellent bus services in and around Eastbourne and further along the coast. Your host will be Mr. Lee Finch and his brother James who come from London.
La Mer means “The Sea” in French.
